Call for Abstracts: TOS Travel Grants
Support for TJCC-TOS Travel Grants will be available to young doctors and researchers who from overseas, we would like to encourage all of you to apply.
To provide international delegates with opportunity to share and advance their research and knowledge, we are offering 3 Travel Grants of each to help cover round trip airfare (up to USD $400), 3-nights accommodation and registration expenses incurred to participate in the Taiwan Joint Cancer Conference. Moreover, we also offer oral presentation opportunity during the Conference, a certificate of merit and prize will also be awarded to each winning participant.

Applicant Qualifications
- The nationality of applicants should belong to East Asia or Southeast Asia.
- Applicants must attend and register for the full conference.
- Applicants should not be receiving travel funds from other sources.
- An individual must be the first author for the abstract in the conference.
General Information
- Email Abstract Submissions and Submission Form are required.
- Only Original Article can be accepted.
- All accepted Abstracts have prior examination, if the article can be published in TOS journal.
- Awardees will be selected from the pool of eligible applicants based upon the abstract's degree of excellence as determined by the Joint Academic Committee.
- Deadline: 31 December, 2022
- Notification of acceptance will be mailed by 1 January, 2023.
Content of the Abstract
- The abstract must be written in English. (Initial letters have to be capitalized.)
- An abstract must have a short specific title (containing no abbreviations) that indicates the nature of the investigation.
- The title should not include the author’s name.
- Abstract are limited to 350 words.
- Subheadings should be included: [Purpose]–[Materials&Methods]–[Results] – [Conclusion].
- Do not include reference, credits, grant support, names or personal information of any patient participating in the study or trial in your abstract body.
